The Rebranding of EnCap

Despite offering eco-friendly lawn and garden solutions, the Encap brand struggled to differentiate itself in a market dominated by chemical-heavy competitors. Without a clear identity or compelling positioning, it lacked the impact needed to stand out with consumers and major retailers. To transform the brand and highlight its natural, sustainable approach, they turned to Fisher Design for a complete strategic repositioning and brand overhaul. We rebranded Encap as Earth Science, a name that better reflects its commitment to eco-friendly lawn supplements and growth essentials.

This shift moved the brand away from traditional “lawn chemicals” toward "supplements for natural growth"—a repositioning that was both accurate and more appealing to consumers. Through refined messaging, visual identity, and packaging design, we helped Earth Science create a cohesive, aspirational brand experience that resonated with both retailers and environmentally conscious consumers, leading to increased interest and national retail consideration.
